When will my order ship?Updated 12 days ago

That’s the toughest part — we’re still ramping up over 100 product designs, and we don’t yet have exact ship dates. See our FAQ here on why it’s such a challenge. We expect to begin shipping many products again in April and be back to more reliable timelines by the end of Q2.

As of April 17th, here’s what we can share:

• Tube Steel Legs (Single + Full Frame): These have started to ship as of early to mid April

• Hairpin Legs & Wire Goods: Shipping has begun for Hairpin Shelf Brackets, we expect Hairpin Legs to start shipping by end of April at the latest now with a resumed normal production by end of May

• Flat Bar Legs: These are now on track to start shipping by the end of April and complete by Mid May.

• Shelf Brackets, Bedframes, Desk items & Accessories: Mixed timelines — check in for specifics on these (likely shipping by end of May)

We’ll be updating this with more detailed timelines by product group throughout April and May as we have them. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated tracking confirmation email.
