When will my order ship?

Will pricing or terms change under the new Ownership?

There are no immediate changes to pricing or account terms. If anything changes down the line, we’ll communicate directly with you well in advance.

Can I get prioritized or batch shipping if I have multiple open orders?

We're happy to review your open orders and see how we can group or prioritize shipments where possible. Please contact your rep or our support team directly.

Will lead times stabilize for future orders?

Yes — we’re working hard to stabilize production by the end of this quarter at the latest (shipping in April, better in May, smooth by June), and you’ll start to see more reliable fulfillment windows in the months ahead.
