Who is the Acquiring Company and what’s going to change?Updated 12 days ago

While we haven’t yet shared the name of the acquiring company (we will very soon) we can share that it’s  a U.S.-based company that supports and grows manufacturing brands like ours. They’ve brought in more resources, more scale, and a national network of production teams. They’re acquiring all the brand assets, product designs, etc. and backing us 100% — and the DIY Hairpin Legs brand stays intact, with the same team you’ve known, now with more horsepower.
